John has experience operating at Director level as a Director of Personnel for a large privatised International Utility Company and as Director of Organisational Development worked with the Executive team on corporate Strategy and culture change.

Angus Douglas
Angus is an experienced HR manager having worked with large public sector employers such as British Rail, British Transport Docks Board (now British Ports) and British Gas. He has specialised in recruitment, job evaluation, employee relations and latterly employment legislation. Angus is a member of the employment tribunals panel in Croydon. During the past seven years, he has worked as a consultant in HR matters, mainly for SME businesses, with contracts of employment, staff handbooks and general HR advice. Angus has worked as an employment tribunal advocate for two companies offering insurance which provides representation at tribunals.

Chris Rasey
Chris is an experienced trainer and coach, specialising in equipping individuals and organisations with the skills they need to succeed. Chris has worked internationally running leadership, presentation, teamwork, assertiveness and other interpersonal skills courses as well as undertaking executive and life coaching. He is an NLP master practitioner and trainer. He uses NLP and other tools (e.g. Myers Briggs) to enable others to create maximum gain.
